Joe Souza has more than 25 years of experience in occupational safety and health in private and public entity settings. He has extensive education in Occupational Safety and Health and is the District Manager for the entire Western US; has earned his degree in Occupational Health and Safety Technician; OSHA Outreach Trainer, has multiple certifications related to safety and is a subject matter expert in over 40 safety related topics. Committed to providing a safe and healthful workplace and areas of responsibility includes compliance with all State and Federal regulations relating to occupational safety and health. Joe provides leadership, training, information, resources, policy development, and consultation services to more than 1600 facilities.
Dagen Boyd

Dagen Boyd co-founded iScout, a safety and quality software designed to help manage people, processes, and equipment, and has served on the iScout leadership team since 2012. Along with partners Deren Boyd and Josh Wright, Dagen contributed to consistent growth and product improvements. iScout was acquired by KPA Services, an EHS industry leader backed by Providence Equity Partners. Prior to iScout, Dagen was National Sales Manager for the oil & gas division of Davis Supply Company in Edmond, OK from 2013-2018. He also served as Director of Corporate Development for Crescent Services, LLC, an oilfield services company based in Oklahoma City, OK. Dagen graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Journalism in 2000 and a Masters of Adult and Higher Education in 2003. Dagen lives in Edmond with his wife, Michelle, and their children, Crew (13), Caris (11), and Caroline (9).
